Terms of use

Operations OS Private is an internal application operated by Motion Analytics Ltd (MotionAnalytics).

Authorized use

Use the application only for work you are authorized to perform. Connect only accounts and provide only records you are entitled to use for that work. Account access does not authorize unrelated tasks or additional accounts.

Financial records and task actions

Review source documents, extracted values, classifications, and reconciliation results before relying on them for financial decisions or filings. Automated output can be incomplete or incorrect. A completed search does not by itself establish that a document was uploaded, archived, or reconciled.

Provider permissions, task controls, and the available integration determine which actions can run. A paused, blocked, or partially completed task may require further work. Keep supporting records until the required delivery and accounting checks are complete.

Connected services and data

Connected services remain subject to their own terms and permissions. Read the Privacy and data-use notice for how Operations OS uses connected information and how to request help with retained records.
