Authorized users connect accounts to find financial documents, review expenses, retain supporting records, and manage company tasks. Access to the application is restricted to authorized users.
Why Google access is requested
The personal-mail connection uses your Google identity and read-only Gmail access to locate authorized expense documents. Company connections support separately authorized email, Drive, and spreadsheet workflows. The consent screen shows the permissions requested for each connection.
